Shipping & Returns
Prices for delivery by postage or hand are added according to address at checkout.
Everything we bake can be hand delivered within the M25. If you live outside the M25, we’d be delighted to send you our Brownies, Barkery and Breakfast items. Unfortunately the rest of our baked goods are too fragile to post – sorry! We’d love you to pop by if you’re ever in town.
Postage
Monday – Thursday – order by 2pm for dispatch by first class mail by 12pm the next day
Friday, Saturday and Sunday – any orders will be dispatched by first class mail by 12pm the following Monday
Hand delivery
Monday – Thursday – order by 12pm for dispatch by 12pm the next day. We will need your mobile number and will contact you to arrange a specific delivery time.
Friday, Saturday Sunday – orders after 12pm Friday to 12pm Sunday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. After 12pm on Sunday, orders will be processed on Tuesday.
Local Pickup
Monday – Thursday – order by 12pm for pickup from 12pm the next day.
Friday, Saturday Sunday – orders before 12pm can be collected from 12pm Saturday. After 12pm Friday until 12pm on Sunday can be collected from 12pm Monday. After 12pm on Sunday can be collected from 12pm Tuesday
Satisfaction
We all want it. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do to make it right. Please be aware, if you do wish to return any item, you will need to do so at your own cost and with only 10% of the product consumed.
